How are Maudlin's Shim Kits packaged?
Maudlin 302/304SS are packaged in a sturdy green metal box with a shim lock and shim removal tool. 316SS Shim Kits are packaged in a sturdy stainless steel box with a shim lock and shim removal tool. Both kits are labeled for your convenience and shims are separated by thickness for easy access.Back to top
What is the difference between 302 SS, 304 SS, and 316 SS?
Does Maudlin provide Material Test Certificates (MTR) or Certificates of Compliance (C of C)?
Yes. Material Test Certificates and Certificate of Compliance are available at your request. Please note that C of C's are free of charge and available on coil and slotted shim stock. MTR's must be requested with your order and there is a small fee of $10.00 per line item. MTR's are only available for coil.Back to top
How does Maudlin ship online orders?
UPS is our standard carrier and we use them for all of our parcel shipments. Shipping for larger orders are determined at Maudlin's discretion.Back to top
Is there a minimum order with Maudlin?

When should I receive my order?
All Maudlin product line orders ship within 24 hours of your purchase. However, their arrival depends on the chosen shipping method (Ground, NDA, 2DA, etc.). Lead times will be provided for custom orders at the time of quotation.Back to top
Which forms of payment does Maudlin accept?
Maudlin accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, prepaid check by mail or wire transfer. Additionally, distributors may apply for credit terms.Back to top
Can I return my order?
Maudlin product line items may be returned within one year for a 15% restocking fee if received in re-sell condition. There are no returns on custom jobs.Back to top
